- if your body aches and your head threatens to explode with a hundred degree fever, gather some courage, get out of bed and go for a boiling hot water shower.

- if you're procrastinating and you know you can't afford to waste more time to but you can't get yourself to stop, try to figure out why you're consciously putting that task off.

- if you eat healthy for long enough, junk food will lose its appeal (though you are kinda entitled to midnight cravings sporadically :) )

- take time off to feel gross and stay in your pajamas all day.

- reply to people who text you or IM you. Make plans.

- find a quiet and distracting way to be angry. Shut your phone and listen to some music and make yourself a sandwich. Eat it angrily. Breathe.

- don't make people feel shitty about things they like. Put yourself in their shoes. Justin Bieber is good-looking whether you believe it or not.

- don't consciously be rude because you believe it's funny. It's not. You're a dick.

- lists make everything better again.
